Interiorden respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on interiorden.com infringes your copyright, you may request its removal by following the process below.
1. Filing a Takedown Notice
Send a notice containing: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) the exact URL of the allegedly infringing material; (d) your name, address, and email; and (e) a statement of good-faith belief plus accuracy under penalty of perjury. Email notices to hello@interiorden.com with the subject "DMCA Takedown".
2. How We Respond
Valid notices are reviewed promptly, and infringing material is removed or disabled without undue delay. Repeat infringers lose access to interactive features such as comments and newsletter participation. We may notify the content provider and restore material subject to a proper counter-notice.
3. Counter-Notices
If your content was removed by mistake, reply with your signature, the removed URLs, and consent to jurisdiction, and we will forward it to the complainant. Material may be restored 10–14 business days later unless the complainant files court action.
